Cockatiel in IL(Crystal Lake)

A lady named Kim in Crystal Lake is looking to re-home Kevin (I
attached the picture). Kevin is a Lutino and showed up at the lady's
home a year ago. She and her husband tried to keep Kevin, but have come
to realize they're no bird people. Kim refers to Kevin as a she, but
Kevin makes the wold whistle, which tells me that Kevin is a he since
males are the only ones to make that. Unfortunately, Kim doesn't have an
age on Kevin. An avian vet would need to do an approximation and a hatch
day would then have to be picked out based on that estimation.
