I'm skeptical.

I do think disclosure of GMO food is a good idea, and I can understand being cautious until more research has been done.

I could not find any coverage of this on any mainstream news source. "Mysterious deaths and illnesses" is pretty hard to prove and the suit has not been resolved in court yet, so the jury is literally still out. Almost the articles I found contained exactly the same wording and no attribution.

I did find one that stated this particular GMO corn does "express" an insecticidal toxin derived from the bacterium used to carry the modification, but the assertion was that it is nontoxic to cattle.

Be nice to see something that actually cites the studies instead of alluding obscurely to them.
