Sammy and I just about fell off the bed when the zon started belting it out. That is so funny. Interesting song choice.

Baaahaha!!! I love this video - I'd seen it before in the endless hours I spent on youtube decided which breed I wanted. I let the hubby listen to it, which I think was a bad idea... I'm afraid of what he'll try to teach ours

Bryan's first response when we first saw this was "How many times did these people have to play that song over and over for that bird to pick up that much of it?" LOL I agree, interesting choice, but highly comical outcome.

Haha, I thought about that, but have you listened to the original song? I don't know that the bird would be able to pull the words so clearly out of such a heavy and noisy recording. Especially with the inflections in his voice, I'd say that someone was actually singing this over and over so that the parrot would pick it up. Either way... can you imagine being the wife/mother in that house??

I had never seen one before either and had no idea what it was. The picture doesn't do it justice...the colors in person are stunning.

Margaret - I'd never heard of that song before either (am I getting old?). Before I read the rest of this thread, I'd clicked on the YouTube Video to find out the name of the song, then I'd googled the song... OMG! OMG! OMG!!!! I almost fell out of my CHAIR! That was sooo funny!
And just think! That's what you just put a deposit on!!
