Stand 60 inches high lenght is approx 40 width approx 35. Very large enough to fit a couple of cockatoos or two macaws OR several smaller parrots.

| I would say scam, or someone that does not know the worth of what they have. OR there is something wrong with it. Phone them and see what you think? | |

| Can't see much in the photo, but it may have some wear (Is the door bent?) at about $1000-1500 new, third-hand and no doubt taking up space that could be better used unless this person has a mansion, I don't find $400 a crazy price. Especially if it's a you-haul deal. | |
