| What a lucky day, even for "Mickey the Red Lored seed junkie" You must be very patient with her, we all know how "easy" it is to switch parrot for pellets. Good luck! | |

| Mickey is now a PIG for pellets. I have a product for the baby birds and it is also for recovering or underweight birds, I have been putting the recommended amount on his pellets and he dives in. Get this he ate some sprouts that Richard made and the sunflower seeds didn't sprout, I expected they would be the first to go but they were left untouched I couldn't have been happier. So here is a milestone report. Mickey came to us at a meager 365 grams and is now sitting at a much healthier 410 grams I know that the damage done to his organs won't be returned but I hope his later years will be more comfortable for him. He is such a joy and a killer outfielder | |

I need to look back and post his "before" pic. I am so glad he is now willing to try other foods it sure does make a difference. | |
