| I got it from my local Craigslist for $120. maybe you could post an ad for it on CL? In my area, I see one up for sale at least once a month or so.
Both of mine live it yes, but I'm in the process of buying tree stands to make Apple cage-free, as he gets annoyed by Spice throughout the day.

| No idea what one because the page shows many models.
Seriously though, the flight cage we suggested, can't get better than that for under $150. Wider is always better, remember that.

My guys LOVE them. Sweet! Thanks! And it's not crazy to have such a big cage for one birdie? Or might it be easier to add a buddy later on with something like that? I went on Kijiji looking for used cages and of course ended up looking at all the birds for sale.... so many to rescue! So little time!

I do think you need to be careful, but you usually can get a vibe when you're communicating via phone or email. You can always request meeting somewhere public and/or bringing your parents. : )

| I know I got sketched out even after speaking with the person on the phone, not from any weird signs or anything, just that it felt odd going somewhere to someone's house and going inside. Kind of against what we were taught as kids! I remember telling a friend that if I didn't call her within an hour to call the police! LOL.

I went into one of my neighboors house because I was selling stuff for school and she had to go get money to pay for the stuff she wanted. And when i walked into the house she like shut the door and she did I was like what did I do. I was so scard that I said "You have a nice house..". It was funny.

- Yes! Very very worth the investment in my opinion. I've seen cages that are half that size priced at the same as my flight cage.
Look up HQ Flight Cage or A&E Flight cage, on google. Wow, I'll do that. And shipping & handling isn't an arm and a leg? We're not to far away from each other in terms of geography! Did you order from a US company or Canadian? I like the fact that it's white too. And both Apple and Spice live in it? They get along ok?
And yes, I spent just over $100 on Sputnik's cage and it's a lot smaller! Still a good size for one budgie tho.
Sorry to highjack your thread Fallen!!!! That same cage is available brand new from Parrotdise Perch for $215.75 CAD, and they are based in Calgary, with free shipping in Canada.

| Thanks Roger! I love that store, but ever since they moved to the far NE I haven't really been interested in driving out. I'll have a lookie on their website. : ) | |
