| I met the snuggliest M2 baby at the petstore and after a big tough scarlet macaw tried to terrorize my ankles it was heaven to just chill with him while he played with my coat buttons (surprised he didn't snap them off, with that beak). Sucha pretty boy, even my mom was wondering how she could smuggle him out. Still, just recalling how loud my friends lesser sulfur crested too is helped me walk out of the store without the M2 (I literally jumped the first time I heard screem, the loudmouth!). I'm sure I could get used to it... eventually... but I have to wonder if I really want one of those feathered monsters in my house for the rest of my life gotta admit those cockatoos are charmers sheesh, I need a rescue around my place like yours Vikki so I can love all the birds I can handle... | |

I don't know about 'too, but I can tell you about 'zon! I don't like screaming, loud noises and somehow when Lucky is "defending" Chico - she is molting and Wee-wing, so he thinks he needs to defend her and make alarm call. It's exactly like long smoke detector sound. And by loving that bird, somehow I don't mind until my neighbors won't complain. Now I understand, what you guys meant by "spArkles": bird doesn't love me, and I don't care. I love him unconditionally | |
