| Ok, so they came today. I didn't assemble those yet, because I want to do one for me and one for my bf. So far I like how they look, well finished. And so far they are very helpful to pick up Lucky from high places, he shouldn't be He is steeping on one without a problem. I will make longer review after we fully start using them. Thanks, Capt! | |

| Cool! I got mine just today too. Is this meant to be a general thread for anyone's opinions on the perches? | |

| I got two perches. I've only used the smaller one so far, and it works like a charm! The larger perch is a bit too big for my three to get a good grip on, even Ducky. My mom suggested wrapping gauze or something like that around the larger one to give them better footing, which I think will work. My birds need the perch to be further from my chest so they don't climb up my shirt, so I made the first bend at about 4 1/2" rather than the suggested 2". Since my boys are small, they're still a good distance from my chin with that many inches away from my chest. I may shorten it later on if the distance makes it too hard for them to keep their balance. I can't bend down easily without the bird losing his balance, but I think that just comes with the territory. I quite like them, even though I'm still testing them out. | |

Thanks! I'm happy with these two. I still need to get some vetwrap for messing with the larger perch. | |
