I'm sure with the mass exidus that he and others close to him became curious and its easy enough to find things out. Like Kaylayuh said, this was a necessary move as many of us were disappointed with the outcome there, and we have moved on. This was not done to close his site down or to naysay what he has initially set out to do and we should just move on from here. Leave it where it is. Let them do what they will and we will just forge ahead here on our new path.

I'm not expecting anyone else to apologize for the way they feel and I completely understand everyone's feelings. That said, I am closing that door. In opening this one, I hope we can all forge ahead with positivity and understanding of differing views.

I didn't get a PM from Michael, nor am I expecting to. I told the person who did send the PM that I wouldn't say who they are and I plan to honor that. But I was told that no PMs were read, just that some invitations to this forum were sent to forum moderators over there.

My intention is certainly not to take all of his members and close his forum. But my intention absolutely is to have a safe space where everyone feels as though they and their opinions are respected.

Yes, and we are here of our own free will; and no longer there of our own free will. Those that are comfortable with staying there will stay there; and hopefully they'll get the message that they are also welcome here.
