Do you think a blue headed pionus could solve puzzle toys for foraging? Cuz im gonna buy some for mikko and I wanted to know if Marty would be able to use them to

Don't see why not.

Just keep in mind you can't give either one of them a complicated puzzle toy and be disappointed they can't figure them out (or have no interest at all).
You can't jump straight into calculus without having started with 0+1=1 in first grade, learning multiplication and division, learning algebra, etc.

I'll second that. I'm still "teaching" Scotty how to work his puzzle toys. If it's too frustrating, they kind of switch off. Plus he tends to like to take "brute force" approaches when possible -- not lack of brains so much as lack of patience.

Maybe start with something simple like peanut wrapped in a piece of paper, just to get him used to working/hunting for food.
