I accidently bought a special pellet mix that has some seeds in it and scoot's foraging activity is to spend an hour shuffling through her food dish to get every last seed and spilling half her pellets in the process. Oh well, at least she's happy while wasting most of her pellets...

Maybe it's the name.... Scooter uses every mix I've ever made for him as a foraging opportunity!

I sometimes gather up all the leftover seed husks and mix some more seed in it so the birds have to dig through the husks to find the goodies Smile
