| I applied for an internal position this morning as a marketing content writer. God knows I'm qualified, probably too much, but I am praying I get it so I can get away from my situation in my current dept with my useless boss. He actually had to sign my application for the job and he asked why I wanted that job. He didn't even know that I was a writer. How can a manager not know something like that?? | |

| Thanks, I just hope it doesn't take forever. I know the manager who is hiring and I've always said I would love to work for him. Like night and day to my current manager. He's kind, soft-spoken and very conciliatory toward his employees. He has praised me often for projects I have worked on. I think that is a good start. If my boss said one nice thing to me I'd be in shock.... | |
