While I don't feel comfortable discussing details, it was her decision to leave the forum. I certainly do hope she comes back as I will miss her tremendously, but I can understand her reasons for not wanting to be involved at the present time.

She specifically requested that her account be deleted, so that is what happened. Her posts are now the "guest" posts.

Kaela, I understand you not being comfortable discussing details, as that is between the two of you. I am glad she felt able to confide in someone on the forum. I too will miss her sense of humour and her vehement defense of the things she felt strongly about. I am fairly confident that I am speaking for most of us here in Paradise when I say: You will be missed Julsie, and I hope you will come back soon! Crying or Very sad

Check the post in this section on the exotic animal legislation. It does not provide much information, but it is all that I know of.

The situation has nothing to do with that post. If and when she decides to come back, it's up to her to let people know what happened.

Sorry, didn't mean to imply that it had to do with that post, simply that the only information available was in that post. And I totally agree that it is up to Julsie to let us know, and only if she wants to.

I sent her a message via Facebook and she told me abstractly what happened. Kaela is telling it straight, I don't think there are any clues to be found on the forum itself. I'll miss her, too.

Um- why did she delete me on Facebook? I am completely in the dark here. I thought passive aggression was for immature teenagers. You learn something new everyday.

She deleted most people from the forum from her facebook. She felt the need to have a clean break for a bit.

I don't think anyone really needs to know why. Her personal decisions shouldn't need to be fodder for an online community.

Aw, I liked her.

Sometimes one needs to extract themselves from places/people though.

That's all true. She has a reason and it's not our business why.
Kay, tell her that we all miss her already!
