| Now I'm not just saying this, but she is the most beautiful looking finch I have ever seen! Regal and refined. Maybe it's because she reminds me of Einstein, with the lack of color.
It's like one of those old black and white movies. Just so fancy!

| I read a story in one of the magazines a while back about a finch that had been extensively nursed for a congenital deformity and was essentially completely tame. Won pet prizes at bird shows. So it's possible...
Is congenital the right word for a bird? I think there must be a better one.
