I ... Uh .... try to avoid your lovely country's politics. There's just too much fighting which doesn't seem to be related to politics in any way. When campaigns stop focusing on how they will increase the quality of life and economy and start focusing on moral dilemmas.... That's where I step back and become (mostly) happy that I am Canadian.
Canadian politics are not all that great either right now, though - with this lovely "Harper Government" we have going on. Never before have I seen Winnipeggers rally to get someone out of office. Graffiti saying that we need to "Save Canada - Kick Harper out" is all over the place. It wouldn't be so bad it if wasn't a majority government. Majority governments scare me.
I feel... odd. Thinking about moving to some portion of the Common Wealth. I hear things go pretty well over there.
