| They are such beautiful birds, but talk about hard to work into a normal home! They are ENORMOUS and they can chew through chain link fences!!!! One of my dream birds, but no way!
Weirdly written ad to boot. "The pair consist of one male"? Fascinating, captain! I think I'm worried about those birds....

| I was curious, so I emailed for more information. This is the reply I got.
Hi, They are male and female.they are hand raised Hyacinth macaw parrots, well-socialized and tame, blood DNA testing, has their registered microchip implant, accurate veterinarian records They average about 42 inches in length with a wingspan of almost 4 feet. Their weight ranges from 1200 to 1700 grams, they are so funny ,likes to talk and play. They are looking for a good home because I really don't have the time to take care of them, they are health guarantee for one year,I spoil and give them the most excellent attention ever. They will also come with pets' accessories like toys cages, and some birds food stuffs.I am a student lawyer on international adoption In the U.S. and we are on stage in an International law firm in Cameroon, by name rentngu Inc. Cameroon, so with the love i have for these pets, i have to take them along as i have no body to look after them while i am gone.as i got to Cameroon ,i found out that my studies where too much and i didn't had enough time for the birds so i have to give them out and only to any interested person or family.I am also willing to ship to any location Free .all i want is for the pets to be out of here and save too.So if you are really interested and know you will provide the love and care these pets have always been having do get back to me with YOUR FULL NAMES AND NAME OF THE CLOSES AIRPORT TO YOUR LOCATION if you want to pick them up from the airport ot you get back to me with the follwing information's YOUR FULL NAMES,COUNTRY,STATE,DELIVERY ADDRESS ( DOOR ),PHONE NUMBER'S, NEAREST AIRPORT TO YOUR LOCATION. For a door delivery With these i will contact the shipping company and having them ship over to you;i really want them to go asap. Thanks and waiting.

Yeah, a while back I emailed someone about a CAG - the ad said she was in ATL and when I emailed asking her to see the bird she said she could ship it from Houston. Then I did a little phone number/email research and found the same bird in Alaska. People insistent on shipping put up a red flag!!

I'm not really too put off by the shipping as I am about a free pair of Hyacinths in general. A pair of these goes for $20,000 routinely. Even if I weren't so put off by that, I'm still wondering why someone in Cameroon would first have the birds shipped there for her, then want to ship the birds back to the US to find a home instead of finding one there. I'm not really in the market for any macaw, let alone a Hyacinth. But I would really hate for these birds to go somewhere or to someone that has no idea what they're doing. Especially if they have to endure a multi-thousand mile trip to get there.

| Yeah that's a scam, they want to have you pay for the shipping,But THERE"S NO BIRDS. Total scam usually they list about 30 pairs of birds and will ship eggs also.If it's too good to be true it usually is. | |

| I don't know what a breeding pair of Hyacinths would go for, but I think it would be quite a bit. It being a scam doesn't surprise me a bit. | |

A breeding pair that produces fertile clutches have gone for $20,000 routinely. I emailed the person back asking a bunch of questions, and their reply was basically "I can have them packed up and shipped to you today, but you need to pay $320 for a title tranfer." Didn't know birds were vehicles that you got titles to.. But yes, this is definitely a scam. Sad that it made it onto multiple bird websites, so I hope no one offers to pay for them.
