does anyone sell red factored pair sun conure or one?

you and me both. There used to be someone in my area that had them, but not any more.

Supposedly the U.S. mutation's "tangerine" sun and not true red factors. Dunno as to the accuracy of that.

OK i got the low down. There's a lethal factor involved, and" the man" says i don't want to mess with them.Call me and i'll explain it to you, too long winded to type. LOL PS the Tangerine is a GCC (same guy who did the Pineapple GCC)

Well that explains why the person I know doesn't have them anymore. Long story short - does it make a difference if they're single factor or double factor?

The way i understand it is this, i you cross RF with RF the chicks won't survive, i think you can cross RF x split RF and be OK. There's no way to have all RF babies.You must breed back to normal at some point. It is a pretty bird though, and did find chicks for 600$ Maybe you can buy split RF cheaper and hope for 50% RF babies, but i'd want parent reared chicks.

Are they more high strung than "normal" suns? If not, then I personally don't think it matters much if they're parent reared or hand fed. I've had no problems with handfed babies turning into great breeders. If anything, prior pet conures tend to be very stable parents as they're not put off by the human doodlings.

I always swore i'd never have suns,LOL
