| Is it harder to take a large parrot somewhere vs. a small parrot? I feel like a small parrot wouldn't be as obvious? But I really wan't to take Bindi places! | |

Large parrots are more noticable and it's pretty obvious what you've got with you. Cheney Bird can hide in my hair or in a shirt if I'm not sure I can have him somewhere. Unless you were planning on wearing 5XL shirts, I'm assuming a macaw couldn't do the same thing.

Well, we did it!! (...) I so love Yoshi on that picture. Congratulations! Now, after first step, there is just going on I plan to go on with Lucky, but it might be next year, since summer in windy city finishes in (so-so) September... - hannahbird wrote:

I bet, you will. You will make an innocent smile and if somebody ask: "Is she bitting?", you'll answer, "She is a very, very good bird, but I don't know how she might react to stranger" and with an angel smile you will take Bindi to different places

| Oh, speaking of public places... I'd recommend avoiding the DMV or other government offices. (oops!). I just waltzed right on past the Sheriff Deputy guarding the door on my way in, but as I was leaving, he told me that no pets were allowed- of ANY KIND. Oh! I so sorry sir! I didn't see the great big sign you had posted. My bad!! | |
