Nola is going to give me a heart attack, I think. I'm fairly certain he sleeps with his eyes open. Neither of them are hand friendly, but Nava seems curious. Nola is very food aggressive and appears to have been badly bullied in his previous situation. He's missing some head feathers. CB is angry with me. So angry, in fact, that he tried to attack me through the cage bars when I picked him up at Whitney's. And he flew at my face and tried to attack when I got him home! | |

How do you have everyone caged?
Pigpen and CB are sharing and it's working out surprisingly well. Pigpen bosses CB around and he's as gentle as can be with other birds. Nola and Nava are sharing a tiny cage until my new double flight gets here tomorrow. Then everyone will be in the double flight. Nola and Nava in one half, Pigpen and CB in the other. | |
