need help with new bird plz

I've had Franklin (a white bellied ceaque) for amost a month now, and he was friendly and very playful untill 3 days ago.

Now he bites me hard enough to draw blood. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong, and how to stop the biting. I think he's hormonal because this just isn't his personality from my limited experience, and my daughter's (who was his previous owner).
