| Today all the birds (Kokomo, Aruba, and Sparrow) were all out on the big perch together. They have done this for hours at a time, nearly every day for weeks. They keep their distance and leave each other alone. (As in, the lovebirds ignore Sparrow and he ignores them). A few times they have fussed at each other, but it was from across the perch. It has always been supervised and there has never been a problem. I left them today, for about 30 minutes while I went to another room to do housework. I didn't think it would be a problem, as the lovebirds were perched on the curtains across the room and Sparrow was on the perch. I come back in and find Sparrow must have been in a scuffle with the lovebirds I'm guessing it was Kokomo, Aruba doesn't bite/fight but Kokomo would bite her own shadow if she could. He has a little scratch on his toe, and a worse one below his eye near his cheek. It isn't weepy or bleeding, but you can tell she bit him good. It looks a little swollen and his toe is warm to the touch. He is acting fine, eating, took a bath, and is now grinding his beak in my ear. I really feel like he is okay. I just feel like a terrible mommy. I should have put the lovebirds up. Once they get up on top of the curtains they stay put, I have to chase them down. I figured they would sat put like always. Sparrow can't get up there. Kokomo must have come down to him. They are all clipped, but the lovebirds can get anywhere they want with enough effort. |

| Better to have something happen like this so you know, rather than have something really bad happen. You are definitely NOT a bad parront. You are a good parront! | |

| Anything can happen Jake crawled off her cage and walked across the floor to have war with Stacie. This afterr years of cruising within 10 feet of each other. When they decide to mark or expand territory and you can't read their mind then stuff indeed does happen. Just watch for any odd behavior or slight dominant behavior and it should return to calm. You are most definately NOT a bad parront | |

| I agree, you are not a bad parront. Children fight sometimes, we can't watch them all the time either. | |

| That you feel guilty and aren't going to do that again shows you are a good parront. I'm glad Sparrow is acting okay. | |
