| I think that's what we call a moose. Wish they'd made a video of that thing trying to climb a tree. Me,I'd knock it in the head and skin it out,it's already hanging up. | |

| Confusing. They call moose elk.
Side note, when I was little, me and my grandfather used to feed the elk. Real elk, not moose elk.

Was she carving her initials in it? - ScooterNScotty wrote:

Most of San Diego was out of juice due to a grid failure of some sort last I heard.) Some SDG&E worker managed to accidentally shut off power to something like 5 million people yesterday. Yuma to San Diego to Baja Cal.

| Okay, strangest/most awesome thing happened tonight. I was at the University (which is located in the woods), and I was trying to meet up with some people. I was waiting outside this dorm room, when all of a sudden, a beautiful white tailed buck came out of the woods. He knew I was there, and he just continued eating his grass. I know that when you see a deer, specifically buck with lethal antlers, you are to leave it be, as they can and will attack. But the little devil on my shoulder kept reminding me that it isn't breeding season, and they are more docile when they aren't. Anyways, I started walking towards him, and walked up to me, and we were just a few feet away from each other. But then people started coming, and he walked back into the forest. Felt like sharing | |

| Albatross? What flavour is it?
(For those of you not following the Monty Python program, this subject takes us into Live at the Hollywood Bowl territory)

It's albatross flavour! I'm not quite as familiar with the live version.
